By accessing or using StudyForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

StudyForge provides an AI-powered platform that transforms lecture notes, PDFs, and video transcripts into structured study materials including summaries, flashcards, practice questions, and exam-ready revision sheets.

To use StudyForge, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate information during registration
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

All payments are processed securely by Flutterwave, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly unless cancelled before the renewal date.

When using StudyForge, you agree NOT to:

• Use StudyForge for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload malicious content or copyrighted material without permission
• Use automated scripts or bots to access our service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

StudyForge owns all rights to the platform, including software, design, branding, and AI technology. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a license to process and store it to provide our services.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For assistance, contact support@studyforge.site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of StudyForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform.
