StudyForge provides an AI-powered platform that transforms lecture notes, PDFs, and video transcripts into structured study materials including summaries, flashcards, and practice questions.

3. Account Registration

To use StudyForge, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information

4. Subscription Plans

All payments are processed securely by Paystack and Flutterwave. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use StudyForge for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems
Share your account credentials
Upload malicious content or copyrighted material without permission
Use automated scripts to access the service

6. Intellectual Property

StudyForge owns all rights to the platform, including software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you upload, but grant us a license to process it for providing the service.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@studyforge.site for assistance.

8. Limitation of Liability

StudyForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of our service, including lost study time or exam performance.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StudyForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
